TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions, along with any instructions given by the Promoter in related promotional materials, apply to the promotion.

ELIGIBILITY

The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over with internet access. It is not open to businesses, employees, agents, representatives of the Promoter, their immediate family or household members, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Proof of eligibility may be requested.

ENTRY PERIOD

Entries open on Thursday 28th August 2025 at 9:00am and close on Wednesday 1st October 2025 at 11:59pm. Entries received outside of this period will not be counted. The winner will be contacted via email by Monday 6th October 2025.

ENTRY

Entry can be made via https://www.benlomondgin.com/pages/waitrose-competition. Each entrant is allowed one entry. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions when entering the promotion.

PRIZE

The prize consists of a one-night stay at a local hotel (double or twin room, bed & breakfast for two) and a VIP tour with a “Blend Your Own Gin” session at Luss Distillery. The prize must be redeemed within six months of acceptance. Booking must be arranged with the Promoter by email. Both guests must be at least 18 years old.

WINNER SELECTION

The winner will be selected at random after the entry period ends from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email by 6th October 2025 and must respond within 14 days to claim the prize. A valid UK postal address and proof of age will be required. If the winner does not claim the prize within this period, a new winner will be selected.

NON-TRANSFERABLE

The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCES

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion, substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value, or adjust the dates.

PROOF OF AGE

Proof of age will be required for the prize to be awarded. Both guests must be 18 or over to participate.

VERIFICATION OF ENTRIES

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entrants who do not comply with these terms.

DISQUALIFICATION OF ENTRIES

Bulk or automated entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Entries that do not meet the stated requirements will not be counted.

DISPUTES

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

DATA PROTECTION

Personal details will be used to administer the promotion, notify the winner, and send the prize. Entrants may opt in to marketing communications from the Promoter. For further details, please refer to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

LIABILITY

The Promoter is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment arising from entering the promotion or accepting the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

APPLICABLE LAW

The promotion is governed by Scottish law and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
