With the help of the John Muir Trust Botanists we have used 3 unique botanicals inspired by the Schiehallion area to create this superbly versatile gin.
A subtle combination of sweet, spicy, crisp and floral, this is a gin made for exploring, mixing and muddling.
INGREDIENTS
◆ 35ml Schiehallion Edition Gin
◆ 10ml elder ower cordial
◆ 25ml pressed apple juice
◆ Top with tonic
METHOD
Build in a highball glass over ice. Garnish with fresh thyme.
