INGREDIENTS
◆ 35ml Ben Lomond Scottish Gin
◆ 15ml peach liqueur
◆ Top with raspberry & rose soda
◆ Mint sprig garnish
METHOD
Pour all ingredients into a stemmed glass, add ice, then stir to chill. Top with soda and garnish.
