With the help of the John Muir Trust Botanists we have used 3 unique botanicals inspired by the Schiehallion area to create this superbly versatile gin.

A subtle combination of sweet, spicy, crisp and floral, this is a gin made for exploring, mixing and muddling.

INGREDIENTS
◆ 25ml Schiehallion Edition Gin
◆ 10ml orange liqueur
◆ 2 dash cocktail bitters
◆ 5ml sugar syrup
◆ 20ml lemon juice

METHOD
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with star anise.
