Delivery Information

All deliveries will be made via DHL Express, once your order has been dispatched you will receive your DHL tracking information via SMS and Email to allow you to monitor the delivery online. Standard delivery times are up to 2-3 working days for UK delivery and up to 3-7 working days for EU delivery.

We are now offering a contactless delivery service. Our couriers are (temporarily) able to offer a non-contact alternative to any customer who does not wish to sign via the scanner screen. In addition, hand and scanner sanitization is performed before and after each customer interaction (Shipment Delivery or Pick-Up).

Deliveries are made during business hours on Monday to Friday; to ensure prompt delivery someone must be present to sign for the parcel. If no-one is available to sign for the parcel, our delivery company will leave a contact card with instructions for customer to call their local depot. If the customer does not then call their local depot, the parcel is returned to us after a week – the cost of which will be passed on to the customer.

Tax & Duties

The address may be liable for excise fees/customs duty if the value of alcohol sent exceeds the country limit. It is the purchaser’s full responsibility to check this before ordering. Our company shall not be liable for any of these fees and will not issue refunds on purchases not delivered due to non-payment of customs fees. Please contact your local customs office if you require further information.

All purchases and postage charges within the EU are subject to VAT.


Returns Policy

If, upon delivery of your order, you change your mind and wish to return all or part of your order for any reason, you may do so within 14 working days of delivery. Any bottles must be unopened and you will be responsible for paying the return postage and packaging (using adequate packaging). We will refund your payment card with an amount equivalent to the returned goods within 30 days.

Damaged or Incorrect Packages

If, upon delivery of your order, the goods are damaged or incorrect, please email your order number and proof of damage to LochLomondGroup@mailmarkuk.com. Please provide as much information as possible including your order number and details of any damage including photographs. We will arrange for your order to be returned at our cost and we will do our best to provide a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full cost of the item only. No compensation will be paid. Your statutory rights are not affected.
