40ml Raspberry & Elderflower Gin
20ml Rhubarb Liqueur
20ml Lemon Juice
5ml Simple Syrup
Egg white (or vegan alternative)
2 Dash Peychauds Bitters
Garnish: 3 Raspberries on a Skewer
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a coupe or martini glass and garnish with raspberries.
