LOMOND COLLINS GIN COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS

50ml Ben Lomond Gin
20ml Sugar Syrup
Fresh Raspberries
25ml Lemon Juice
Top w. Soda Water

SERVE INFO

Serve: Highball
Method: Shaken
Garnish: Fresh Raspberries

METHOD

Muddle 3 raspberries and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker, then add gin and lemon juice. Shake well for 30 seconds and then strain into a highball glass with ice. Top your Lomond Collins with soda water and a couple of fresh raspberries.
